Whimsical First Birthday

We cannot stop talking about this whimsical and adorable first birthday celebration for Leia. The birthday party follows a fun theme featuring larger-than-life mushrooms, adorable flowers, and of course….a customized Leia Land ball pit.

The dessert table was a smash…in more ways than one!! We loved the delicious mushroom cupcakes, bitesize cake pops, and of course, the adorable cake that Leila loved! The goodies were definitely a hit! Azusa Takano captured this adorable table perfectly, showing the details throughout the table setup.”

The intimacy of the party was one of our favorite parts. This private backyard venue was completed with a trendy long picnic-style table decorated with whimsical flowers and adorable mushroom placemats and of course a taco bar right next to it!

Planning this event was a blast! My client had her heart set on a mushroom/fairy theme since a lot of Leia’s room and clothing reflect this concept. Jillian Nicole Events chose this adorable light pink and purple color palette to make it girly and sweet, but also colorful and playful. All of the vendors that were involved in the day were amazing to work with and really brought the vision to life!
